Obv: Shahada in centre with invocation Yarzaq Allah Man Tasha'a Ba-ghayr Hisab within a circular border; names of Caliphs and titles around. Rev: Muhammad Humayun Ghazi in circle in centre, other titles with mint-name and AH date in margins. Very fine, Very rare. Humayun, while on a campaign against the Afghans in Bengal, struck both tankas and rupees in the same year. Both these issues are very rare and demonstrably, a good indicator of the beginning and spread of the denomination 'rupee'.
