Salumbar, Feudatory of Mewar State, Rawat Padam Singh (AD 1804-1848), Copper Padam Shahi Paisa, 4.30 gms, blundered inscription with star on reverse, the state of the Salumbar Chiefs lies in the Hill country between the great Dhebar lake and the Dungarpur territory, it was the state of Kunwar Khandal Singh who with the title of 'Rawat' held first rank amongst the nobles of Mewar (the First 16 Umraos) and it later became the capital of the Chundawat clan, Rawat Padam Singh was the 23rd Rawat of the Salumbar state, KM # C1, listed in 'Currencies of Hindu states of Rajputana' by W. W. Webb, about very fine, rare.

Savanur, Abdul Rauf Diler Khan (AD 1687-1720), INO Farrukhsiyar (AH 1124–1131, 1713–1719 AD), Silver Rupee, 11.41 gms, RY 6, Azamnagar Shahnoor Mint, Savanur State was founded in 1672 when Abdul Karim Khan, an Afghan of the Miyana tribe from Kabul, in the service of the Sultanate of Bijapur and was granted the Jagir of Sarkar Bankapur near Bijapur in 1672, this particular variety of ‘Azamnagar rupees struck under the Nawabs of Savanoor has two curious features on reverse the word ‘Sanah’ between the letters ‘Lu’ and ‘Sheen’ of the word ‘Julus’ but it is possible that the coins are struck at a mint other than Azamnagar with a pseudo-mint name, the name Savanur is said to be the corruption of the Persian word 'Shahnoor' which means 'King of Light', Unlisted in KM, extremely fine, very rare.

The governor of Chandernagar, Mr. Dupleix, obtained coining rights in 1738 and struck rupees, halves and quarters date 1151/21 and 1152/RY 22.
